Alma Rich Skelton, age 98, of Pell City, passed away July 25, 2014. She is preceded in death by her husband, James "Skad" Skelton. Alma and her husband owned and managed Skad's Drive-in for many years and retired to manage the Soda Fountain at the Pell City Rexall Drug Company.
She is survived by her son, Joe Ed Voss and wife Donna; granddaughter, Andrea Griggs and husband, Jason.
Funeral service will be Monday, July 28 at 11:00 a.m. from the Chapel of Kilgroe Funeral Home. Interment will be in Oak Ridge Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
The family would like to thank the staff of Golden Living Nursing Home for the excellent care, support and love received through the years.
