Sue Norris Attaway, age of 80, of Hoover, Alabama, passed away September 10, 2020. She was born in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama on November 24, 1939. Sue graduated from Thompson High School. She was married to Charles Ray Attaway on March 18, 1959. Sue Norris Attaway had a career as a Secretary for the Probate Judge of Shelby County. She was a member of Lakeside Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Attaway. She was survived by her son, Dennis Attaway; grandchildren, Brianna Attaway, Matthew Attaway, Hannah Attaway and Logan Attaway; her sisters, Melvy Thomas, Helen Fowler, Ruby Smith and Ruth Murphy. A graveside service will be held at Southern Heritage Cemetery on Sunday, September 13, 2020 at 1:00 pm.
