Robert LeRoy Hennessee Jr.

Robert LeRoy Hennessee Jr, child of God, loving father and friend, entered into eternal rest on May 31, 2013 in Alabaster, AL. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert LeRoy Hennessee Sr. Survivors include his loving daughters, Karoline Jane Hennessee and Kaitlyn Grace Hennessee. Robert is also survived by his mother, Marjorie Hennessee of North Augusta, SC; his step-mother, Simone Hennessee of Shreveport, LA; his three sisters, Debbie Hennessee of North Augusta, Tammie Meadows and husband Glenn of Evans, GA, and Brenda Tengel of Huntsville, AL; as well as three nieces, Krystal Oestreich and husband Kyle, and Megan and Ryan Tengel. Robert Hennessee is remembered by his family and friends as a loving man who always had a smile on his face. He loved making others laugh, spreading joy where ever he went. He also found great joy in grilling and sharing his love of cooking with others. Above all else, Robert loved spending time with his two daughters and took great joy and pride in watching them pursue their own interests and dreams. He will continue to watch over them, smiling down at them with love as their guardian angel. Services will be at Ridout's Southern Heritage Funeral Home in Pelham, AL on Monday, June 3, 2013. The family will receive guests at 10 a.m., and the funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. in Southern Heritage Chapel. Burial, Southern Heritage Cemetery, Pelham. Rev. Michael Bryant, officiating.
