Madeleine was born on March 17, 1941, in Warren, Ohio and attended Warren G. Harding H.S., graduating in 1958. Madeleine was a homemaker and mother to her family. She and her husband moved to Birmingham, Alabama in 1991 where she became involved in many clubs and organizations. She held the titles of Secretary to the Birmingham Opera Guild, Secretary to Birmingham Symphony Guild, a 2-time President of ALEA. She was a longtime member of Eastern Star and Asbury United Methodist Church. She enjoyed attending Young at Heart programs at the church.
Madeleine was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Snyder and Carrie (Hood) Snyder; sister, Evelynmae (Snyder) Dennis. She is survived by her husband, Arthur Fallone; daughters, Madeleine (Fallone) Allen (George) and Evelyn (Fallone) Stubbs (Matthew). She has 4 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at Asbury United Methodist Church; 6690 Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham, AL 35242, on Thursday, January 20, at 11:00 am.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the American Lung Association in Madeleine's memory.
