James Dean Dickinson

James Dean "JD" Dickinson, age 60, of Pelham, Alabama passed away on Tuesday July 2, 2019. James was born December 15, 1958 in Heidelberg, Germany. He is preceded in death by his mother, IngeBraden. James was a faithful member of Kingswood church of Alabaster, Alabama. He leaves behind to cherish fond memories his fiancé, Regina Cash; his father, Lowell Dickinson; stepmother Sharon Dickinson; one brother, Lorenz Dickinson; and three sisters, Loretta Carrol, Sonya Dickinson and Moni Dickinson; extended family, Matt, Jerry, Raul, Chris, and Danny Lopez.

James attended Kennesaw State college and obtained his associates degree in Engineering. He worked for CBRE for over 30 years in Birmingham, Alabama. James loved life, his family and friends. He often enjoyed Mountain and Dirt biking, kayaking, frisbee golf and mostly any sport. He also enjoyed games of Two's and Fives. A memorial service for James will be held at Southern Heritage Funeral Home with friends and family gathering 5:00-7:00 PM with service beginning at 6:30 PM.
