Donna was born in Fairfield, Alabama on January 1, 1950. She graduated from Glenn High School in Birmingham, AL in 1968 and then obtained her associate degree from Herzing. She was a dedicated employee working in medical coding/billing for over 35 years. Donna is preceded in death by her mother, Faye Bononia and stepfather, Floyd Bononia.
She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 54 years, Bill Moore; daughter, Stephanie Faye Moore, of Hoover, AL; son, Brian Moore (Tierney) of Fairhope, AL; two siblings, Debbie Mathis McGrady (Bill) of Columbiana, AL, and Ed (DeeDee) Mathis of Vestavia Hills, AL; three grandchildren, Anna Christian, Davis, and Elliott Moore, and many loving relatives and friends.
A celebration of Donna’s life will be held on Wednesday, July 19, 2023, at 11:00 am at Southern Heritage Funeral Home, 475 Cahaba Valley Rd, Pelham, AL 35124.
