Alisa Kaye Crumpton

years. Born in Elba, AL; she is the daughter of Coach Gary and Bonnie Powell of Alexander City, AL.

Alisa was a selfless and giving person with a heart of gold. She was most well known as the neighborhood mom and chauffeur and for always being dressed “to a T”, while sporting her favorite wedges.

She enjoyed spending time with family and her beloved Husky, Zeus, vacationing at the beach, cleaning, decorating for Christmas, “bargain” shopping, and spoiling her grandkids and granddogs. Alisa is preceded in death by her brother Gary Jackson Powell Jr. (Jack), both maternal and paternal grandparents, and her father and mother in law, Wynn and Gin Crumpton. She is survived by her parents Gary and Bonnie Powell; husband Mark Crumpton; children- Christyn Simmons (Wade Simmons), Caity Parsons (Chandler Parsons), Courtney Crumpton, and Alex Crumpton. Grandchildren- Ryder and Sadie Simmons & Langston Parsons.

Celebration of Life services will be held on Saturday, August 13, 2022 at Southern Heritage

Funeral Home in Pelham, AL. at 3:00 P.M. A private lakeside service will be held for immediate family

following the service. In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to the Hand in Paw Organization.
