Born February 4, 1975 in Peoria, she was the daughter of William E. “Bill” and Ruthann (Allard) Stallings.
Surviving are her father of Pekin; one sister, Tiffany (Brett) Diekhoff of Pekin; three nieces, Savannah Diekhoff, Sydney Diekhoff and Samantha Diekhoff and two aunts, Nancy Springer and Linda “Sissy” Smith, both of Pekin.
She was preceded in death by her mother.
A graduate of Pekin Community High School, Tabitha was a certified nurse’s aide and worked in the nursing home industry and as an in home caregiver for many years. She last worked for Kyle’s Care at Home. She also had formerly worked for Wal-Mart.
Tabitha loved cats and was a really softhearted person. She enjoyed family vacations and liked to play cards and marbles with her grandparents.
She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church in Pekin.
Her graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at Glendale Memorial Gardens in Pekin. Pastor Eric N. Swanson will officiate. There will be no visitation. Arrangements are by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
