Born September 9, 1943 in Pekin to Harland and Betty (Smith) Wilkinson, she married Fred Rickgauer on November 22, 1961 in Pekin. He died June 14, 2001. She later married Jerry Hunter on January 31, 2003. He died September 5, 2014. She was also preceded in death by her parents and one daughter, Michelle Golianis.
Surviving are one daughter, Melody (Randy) House of Pekin; four grandchildren, Bill (Tina) Haynes of Pekin, Mary (John) Bond of Peoria, Kristen (Jordan) Stewart of Troy and Jamie Golianis; several great-grandchildren and one sister, Marsha Guengerich of Pekin.
Sandra had worked at Pekin Energy as an assistant operator in the boiler house for 14 years before her retirement.
She enjoyed painting, shopping and reading.
Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. There are no services scheduled. Inurnment will be at Glendale Memorial Gardens in Pekin.
