Peter D. Bradfield

Born February 28, 1948 in Oberhausen, Germany to Ray and Herta (Brinkmann) Bradfield, he married Paula Vrell on July 14, 1978 in Peoria. She survives.

Also surviving are two daughters, Alicia (Chris) Nielsen of Layton, Utah and Rebecca Prince of Sadris, Mississippi; one grandson, Brandon Kael of New York; one sister, Sylvia Scott of Kuttwa, Kentucky and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one daughter, Tina Bradfield; one son-in-law, Kenny Prince and one brother-in-law, Dennis Scott.

Peter worked as an engineer for most of his life for several companies in the area.

He loved animals and rescued many pets with his wife. He also enjoyed gardening and shooting pool for the Koch Street Bar and Grill. He was an avid fisherman and was most happy with a fishing pole in his hands. He loved spending time with his family most of all.

There will be no services at this time. Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
