Born October 19, 1954 in Peoria to Albert Merle and Sally (Paul) Lee, she married Timothy Tipton. They divorced. She later married William Hudnall on July 7, 2001 in Yates City. He survives.
Also surviving are two children, Nichole (Frankie Davis) Tipton of Peoria and Brandy Tipton of Washington; three grandchildren, Shaniya Tipton of Peoria, James Tipton-Coleman of Washington and Ava Tipton-Ivy of Peoria; three great-grandchildren, Amora, Azayla and Adalaya; one sister, Debra Lee-Estes of California and her beloved cat, Sissy.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Robert Eugene Lee and Mark Allen Lee.
Jacqueline worked as a banquet waitress at the Ramada Inn in Peoria for 20 years. She spent her later years as a homemaker, providing childcare for her grandchildren.
She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She also enjoyed going fishing (in a boat, not on a dock), crocheting, shopping on QVC and at Goodwill and coloring and doing word searches with her grandchildren.
Jacqueline was a member of First Baptist Church of Pekin.
Her memorial service will be at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday September 27, 2022 at First Baptist Church in Pekin. Pastor Vernon Risner will officiate. Visitation will be from 10 to 11:30 a.m. prior to the service at the church. A gathering celebrating her life will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Saturday, September 24, 2022 at Christy’s Place, 1221 Peoria Street in Washington, Illinois.
