Diane Sue Goss

Born July 14, 1942 in Pekin to Rudolph “Rudy” and Ruth (Youle) Stolin, she married Larry Goss on February 1, 1958 in Pekin. He died November 27, 2018 in Pekin. She was also preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Tammy Goss; one granddaughter, Tamara Goss and one sister, Marlene McWright.

Surviving are one son, Allen (Vickie) Goss of Pekin; one granddaughter, Nicole Grieco of East Peoria; one step-grandson, Nick Kleiber of Pekin; four great-grandsons, Carter Grieco, Caleb Grieco, Kingsley Goss and Daniel Duduik; one step great-granddaughter, Kendall Kleiber; one step great-grandson, Skylar Kleiber and one sister, Sherry (Mark) VanCleave of Missouri.

A homemaker, Diane had also worked as a beautician in the area for many years.

She enjoyed working in her flower garden, fishing and gambling. Her greatest enjoyment was spending time with her family.

Her memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. Pastor Steve Weber will officiate. There will be no visitation. Inurnment will be at a later date at Glendale Memorial Gardens in Pekin.
