Virginia Carolyn Whitehead

Virginia Carolyn Evans Whitehead, 87, of Pearl, passed away Monday, April 3, 2023, at the Attala County Nursing Center in Kosciusko.

Visitation will be from 9:30am until 10:30am, Monday, April 10, 2023, at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. Graveside services will follow at 11:00am in Rosemont Gardens Memorial Park, Jackson.

She is survived by her son, Jimmy Michael "Mike" Whitehead and wife Violet; grandchildren, Justin Whitehead, Nikki Whitehead, Blake Whitehead, and Wade Hester; and great-grandchildren, Brance and Cheyenne Whitehead.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her father, J.T. Evans; mother, Gladys Craft Evans, and her beloved husband of 60 years, Jimmy Louis Whitehead, who passed away in 2013.
