Mr. Hadley was a very humble, God-fearing man. He life's creed was God and family above all else. He strived to instill in his children a sense of family value and making your family a priority in life. He admonished them to respect each family member's role and to honor their own place within the family, remembering that a family must work together.
He enjoyed a lengthy career as an educator and served for many years as a principal for his local school system.
In April 2024 he was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 45 years, Maria.
He is survived by his sons, Pius Hadley, Jr. and Maylinda, and Paulus Hadley and Noreen; daughters, Milygene Hadley and Erison Henley, Mihna Hadley and Julian Obispo, Beauty Hadley and Jesse Paulino, and Myrna Jean Hadley; brothers, Andreas Hadley, Wilson Ilon, and Inosence Ilon; sisters, Magdalena Hadley, Marguerita Hadley, Dolina Ilon, and Dalihda Ilon; and 19 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm, Saturday, November 23, 2024, at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. Following services Mr. Hadley will be laid to rest beside his wife in their native homeland of the Federated States of Micronesia.
