Visitation will be 9:00-11:00am today, followed by funeral services at 11:00am, at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. Graveside services will be held at 2:30pm in Carthage Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Evans was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and a member of Truitt Memorial Baptist Church in Pearl. At the time of his death, Mr. Evans was employed with Pickering Engineering, where he had worked faithfully for more than 40 years.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Martha Dean Rasberry Evans, and son, Michael Bruce Evans.
Survivors include his wife of 12 years, Lori Womack Evans; daughter-in-law, Clea Evans Stribling; grandchildren, Emily, Laurel and William Evans; sister, Stella Louise Reed; and his extended Rasberry family.
