Mack Donald Jenkins

Mack Donald Jenkins, 76, formerly of Flowood, died Sunday, September 11, 2011 at MS Care Center, Morton. Visitation is 5:00-8:00pm Wednesday, September 14, 2011 at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. Funeral services are 10:00am Thursday, September 15, 2011 at Alta Woods Baptist Church with interment in Lakewood South Cemetery. The family will also receive friends one hour prior to services at the church.

Mr. Jenkins was born October 5, 1934 in Moselle, a son of the late Silas D. Jenkins and Fannie W. Jenkins. He was a graduate of Moselle High School and attended Jones Junior College. He was employed by 3M Sign Company prior to the establishment of his company, Dixie Signs. He was a longtime member of Alta Woods Baptist Church, a member of the Flowood Exchange Club, and an avid hunter, fisherman and gardener.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Gail Elaine Harvey Jenkins.

Survivors include wife, Norma F. Jenkins of Brandon; son, Berry L. Jenkins (Rachel) of Crystal Springs; daughter, Stacy Jenkins Roberts (James) of Florence; grandchildren, John Macky Jenkins, Joany Rae Jenkins, Cofey Jenkins, Lani Roberts and Addi Roberts; sister, Dorothy Bazor of Trussville, AL; brothers, Franklin Jenkins of Pearl and Rex Jenkins (Gwen) of Houston, TX; stepchildren, Cynthia Ehrhardt, Paula Gaughf (Carey), Ramona Windham and Jackie Werth (Steve); step-grandchildren, Roman and Brandon Ehrhardt, Morgan, Taylor and Jordan Gaughf, Zack, Ryan and Kayla Collins and step-great-grandchild, Kaden Collins.
