Jerry was born April 11, 1968, in Jackson. He was a 1986 graduate of Pearl High School where he was on both the football and weight lifting teams. Jerry also played baseball with the Pearl City League.
Jerry was a computer technician for DRS, Inc. He was a long time member of Truitt Memorial Baptist Church in Pearl. Jerry was amazingly gifted with a beautiful voice, and he used his talents to honor and praise our Lord, lifting up others as the notes he sang were lifted to the heavens. Jerry was a fierce supporter of Pearl Pirates football, and was former president of the Pirate Football Club. Of all his special interests, Jerry was most passionate about his family, and his happiest times were spent with them.
He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas L. Williams, and brother, Tommy Williams.
Survivors include his wife of 25 years, Michele Williams; mother, Easter Williams; sons, Braddon and Cody Williams; brother, Sammy Williams; sister-in-law, Cindy Williams; brother Terry Williams; sister-in-law, Daphne Williams; sister-in-law, Linda Williams; father-in-law, Jerry Sartin; mother-in-law, Teri Sartin; brother-in-law, Josh Sartin and wife Stephanie; sister-in-law Margaret Heinrich and husband Conway; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Friends are welcome to join the family for visitation, 5:00pm-7:00pm, Wednesday, May 13, 2020, at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. The mandated limit of 10 people will be observed, but all attendees will be offered an opportunity to see the family. At the family's request you are encouraged to bring/wear masks.
