James "Ricky" Ware

Visitation will be held from 10:00am until 11:00am, Monday, April 3, 2023, at Crossgates Baptist Church in Brandon. Celebration of Life Services will follow at 11:00am.

He was born on January 26, 1959 in Mississippi to the late Myron Ware and Margie Corbin Ware. Ricky was a member of Crossgates Baptist Church in Brandon and owner of Ware's Limousine Service, LLC. Ricky had incredible patience, and always made time to help others. He was a very humble and kind man who was loved by many.

Throughout the years he always enjoyed meeting people, spending time outdoors, spending time with family, life-long friends and faithful basset hound Belle.

He was preceded in death by his father, Myron Ware.

Ricky is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Shannon Ware; daughters, Vanessa Street (Jason), Wendy Fillmer (Joseph), and Tara Ware (Heather); siblings, Melissa Ware, Brenda Stokes (Jerry), Milton Ware (Melinda), and Teresa Moore (Terry); grandchildren, Jackie, Jessie, Shelby, Ryann, Kya, Sophia, Lihyam, Austin, Landon, and Addyson; great-granddaughter, Kimber, and a very large number of beloved family members consisting of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Ricky will be so dearly missed.
