Clarice Parker Lee

Celebration of Life Services will be held Saturday, January 4, 2025, at 12:00pm, at McLaurin Heights Baptist Church in Pearl.

Clarice was born July 10, 1943, in Carthage, Mississippi, a daughter of the late Dewitt Parker and Dalphna Collins Parker. She was raised in the Singleton Community of Leake County. She enjoyed a lengthy career in the banking industry having served as an administrative assistant for Deposit Guaranty and Trustmark banks. She enjoyed spending time at church, watching Ole Miss sports, reading and caring for the plants and flowers of her yard. She loved animals, especially spending time with her pets.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by sisters, Bonnie Ruth Parker, Avis Newsom and husband Merritt, and Beverly Cain and husband Carl; brother, Winfred Parker and wife Jo Ann; and sister-in-law, Gloria Powell and husband Tommy.

She is survived by her husband, William Ted Lee. The would have celebrated their 59th wedding anniversary on January 15, 2025. She is also survived by her daughter, Deste Lee; sister-in-law, Lilly Gay Blackwell and husband James. Clarice had several nieces and nephews.
