It is with deepest sorrow that we announce that William Edward Paxton Sr., 52, of Jonesboro, GA passed away on August 2, 2021. He was our beloved son, father, brother, and uncle. He was born on October 25, 1968 to Connie Clifford Paxton and the late Robert “Bob” David Paxton.
William will be missed everyday by his mother, Connie Godsey; his son, William Paxton Jr.; his sister, Kelly Godsey; his brother, Richard Paxton; his nephew, Lane Littleton; and loving companion of 16 years, Stephanie, and their dog, Buddy.
We know that William is now with his dad, Bob Paxton; brother, Tommy Paxton; Grandma Clifford; Grandma Paxton; and step-dad, Mike "Pop" Godsey.
He is loved here on earth as well as in heaven above.
