John William Hancock

John W. Hancock, age 77, of Peachtree City, formerly of Turtle Creek, PA, passed away Monday, April 20, 2015 at his home at 1000 Newgate Rd, with his beloved wife of 57 years, Pat, at his side. He married his high school sweetheart, Patricia McKay Hancock in 1957. He was preceded in death by his brother, Louis Hancock and his sister, Elsie Hancock. He is survived by his three daughters, Amy Ballard and her husband, Randy of Mason, OH, Kay Twaddell and her husband, Brian of Springfield, VA, Beth Tiller and her husband, Sid Tiller of Warrensburg, MO; grandchildren, Emily Ballard Glover and her husband, Tyler, Bo Tiller, Jonathan Twaddell and his wife, Julia, Natalie Ballard Porter and her husband, Jeff, Jeffrey Twaddell and his wife, Elissa, James Twaddell, Miles Ballard, Josh Tiller, Meg Ballard, Joey Twaddell, Jenny Twaddell, Jessica Tiller, Brady Tiller, and Jacob Twaddell. John retired as Senior Vice President of Atlantic American Corporation and was a trustee at Heritage Christian Church. A memorial service will be held at Heritage Christian Church on Saturday, May 2, 2015 at 11:00am with a reception and time of visitation to follow for all friends and family.
