Ed Paden was many things to many people. He was a son, a husband, a father, and a grandfather. He was also an extraordinary police officer, who followed in his father's foot steps
To me he was my captain, and later on my director in MBI. He was also my friend and a man I  admired greatly. When the Hole in the Wall gang was formed, he said well you people work hard and play hard. He was someone who kept his cool under pressure and looked out for his people. We are all better for him being in our lives, and I  will truly miss him.

We are incredibly saddened to miss the funeral. Ed has ALWAYS held a special place in my heart and I know he is joyfully reunited with his lovely bride in Heaven now. He had such a vibrant spirit and always put a smile on my face! Many condolences and prayers for you all! Lots of love, the Norden family ❤️

I have known my brother-in-law since I was 7 years old.  He was my big brother to me.  
We have laughed and cried together many times.  
You will be missed.
