Amanda Elaine O'Neill

Amanda Elaine O’Neill, 42, of Smyrna, passed away October 16, 2017. She was born in East Point, Georgia on April 26, 1975. She was a Director at Junior Achievement and loved her students. Orangetheory Fitness in Smyrna was a favorite place for Amanda to work out. She loved to travel. Amanda was like a second mother to her niece and nephews and her family was very dear to her. Amy Kuhns had been Amanda’s very best friend since childhood.

She is survived by her maternal parents, Sybil and Allen Robinson; paternal parents, Tom and Cynthia O’Neill; fiancée, Ashish Bisaria; sister, Jennie Frederick and her husband, Dale Frederick, their children, Hunter Frederick, Garrett McDonald, Bailey Frederick, and Savannah Frederick; sister, Rachel Ernest and her husband, Jimmy Ernest, their children, Lily and Clayton Ernst; step-sister, Amy Black and her husband, Matthew Black, their children, Emily and Evan Beals.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 21 in the chapel of Carmichael-Hemperley Funeral Home with Pastor Justin Craig officiating. Interment, Holly Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, October 20 from 6-8 p.m.
