Michael Lee Sexton

Michael Lee Sexton, 48, of Pataskala, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, May 15, 2022 at his residence. He was born on April 3, 1974 in Columbus, OH. Michael worked for Crum Construction for many years and was very talented in remodeling. He is survived by his mother, Patricia (Bob) Willey; daughter, Alisha Janney; step daughter, Miranda Schmidt; sister, Jenny (Shahid) Farooq; step sister Nikki (Michael) Warner; step brother Shane (Amy) Willey; niece Kaleigh Scott and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Michael is preceded in death by his father, Robert “Benny” Sexton; grandparents, Carson (Freda) Stone, Howard Sexton and Marie Hattan; uncles, Ed Stone, Charlie Stone, Curt Sexton and Ray Sexton and beloved pet, Addie. Friends may call from 9-10 a.m. on Friday, May 20, 2022 at Pataskala Nazarene Church, 8100 Hazelton-Etna Rd. SW, Pataskala, OH 43062. Funeral service will follow at 10:00 a.m. at the church on Friday with Pastor Gary Reiss officiating. Interment will be at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens in Columbus, OH. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family in assistance with funeral expenses.
