Stanley Dewitt Walker, 66 of Friendswood, Texas, was born October 17, 1958 in Pasadena, Texas to Norman and Audrey Walker and passed away on Monday, November 18, 2024.
He enjoyed going to the movie theater to catch all the new releases, playing poker, and traveling. He loved sports, shopping, and supporting his granddaughters in all their activities. Stan retired from Houston Police Department after 26 years of service in 2011. Following his retirement from HPD, he continued to work in executive protection for Halliburton. Then continued on as an investigator with Harris County District Attorney’s Office before moving to Baylor College of Medicine.
He is survived by his daughter, Samantha Weldon; son-in-law, Jason Weldon; granddaughters, Cori and Dylan; brother, Shelvy Walker; partner in life and love, Pam Mayes.
Stan is preceded in death by his parents, Norman and Audrey Walker.
