Forrest Ray Pennington, went to see Jesus on September 29, 2019. He was born in Amarillo, Tx on July 22, 1957. Forrest graduated from Deer Park High School, 1976. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Crosby. Forrest loved playing the drums, making videos, telling jokes, and even thought he would become a blind comedian after losing his vision. He built a life of doing videography work in the community of Deer Park and Pasadena, and then worked the last 4 ½ years for La Porte ISD. Forrest was preceded in death by, Mother, Betty Audine Pennington, Father, Thomas Ray Pennington and Brother Michael Thomas Pennington. Forrest is survived by Wife, Jeannette Pennington, Son, Dexter Pennington, Stepdaughter Carol Honea and Husband Scott Honea and their son, Henry, Stepson, Ross Winner. Former Wife, Nancy Flint Cathey and their Daughter, Alana Munoz and Husband, Greg Munoz and their son, Josiah, Son, Travis Pennington and Wife Julie Pennington and their son, Asher. Sister, Regina (Pennington) Payne and Husband Quintin Payne, Sister, Glenna (Pennington) Benton and Husband, David Benton. He leaves behind numerous Nieces and Nephews, relatives and friends. In lieu of flowers the family wishes for donations to be made in Forrest’s honor to the “The American Diabetes Association” or “The American Kidney Fund”. Services to be held on Friday, October 4, 2019, at 3:00 PM at First Baptist Church Pasadena (Chapel), 7500 Fairmont Pkwy, Pasadena, TX 77505.
