Mrs. Diane Jo Tucker

Diane Tucker, 69, of South Houston, passed away on November 16, 2024. She was born in Houston on October 10, 1955, to Joseph and Bessie Janda. Diane was married to David Tucker for just over 28 years. She had a soft spot for animals and was known for her love of cats. She served as a foster for animals and always found room for her cat companions. Diane enjoyed spending time with family and friends, as well as fishing. She will always be remembered for her tenacious spirit and her love of life. She will be deeply missed by everyone.

Diane is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Bessie Janda; sister – Betty Sandras; and brother – Robert “Bobby” Janda.

Diane is survived by her husband, David; children, Jeannine Bruno; Terry Wyatt and wife RoxAnne; and Heath Darnell and wife Sharon; grandchildren: Tyler Bencasus, Katie Wyatt, and Kylie Wyatt; brother - Johnny Janda and wife Barbara; brother-in-law - Ray Sandras; along with many other nieces, nephews, and friends.

Pallbearers serving are Terry Wyatt, Heath Darnell, Johnny Janda, Clint Cook, Greg Wilkerson, Dillion Chennault, and James Crenshaw.

A gathering of family and friends for Diane will be held on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at 9:00 am at Pasadena Funeral Chapel, 2203 Pasadena Blvd, Pasadena, Texas 77502, followed by a celebration of life memorial service at 10:00 am. Diane's final resting place will be at Grand View Cemetery in Pasadena, Texas.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Pasadena Animal Shelter.

A visitation for Diane will be held Tuesday, November 26, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Pasadena Funeral Chapel, 2203 PASADENA BLVD, PASADENA, TX 77502. A celebration of life will occur Tuesday, November 26, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 2203 PASADENA BLVD, PASADENA, TX 77502. A committal service will occur Tuesday, November 26, 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Grand View Memorial Park, 8516 Spencer Hwy, Deer Park, TX 77536.
