William (Bill) Carl Bitner, of Deer Park, TX was born in Lovelady, TX, March 26, 1933. He passed away on April 28th, at the age of 81. He is survived by his wife Elva of 61 years, 3 children, Barbara Ballard and spouse Rick of Austin, Kenneth Bitner of Deer Park, Billie Sue Cadle and spouse Keith of Austin, and a sister-in-law, Vivian Teague of Houston who was raised by him since she was a young girl. He is survived by 4 grandchildren, Kristin, Courtney, Cory, and Casey, and one great-grandson, Jackson. He is preceded in death by his parents Hubert and Geraldine Bitner, and 2 sisters, Betty Sue Krenek, and Una Lee Webb. He is survived by his brothers, James Ray Bitner and John Paul Bitner of Houston and Hubert E. Bitner, Jr., of Plano. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Bill retired after 35 successful years at Shell Oil Refinery. He leaves behind many people honored to be known as his friend. He was always willing to help anyone who needed it.
