Shirley A. Boso

She was born September 3, 1935, a daughter to the late Kenneth and Almeda Grimm.

Shirley made a wonderful home for her family and also volunteered later at Camden Clark Hospital. She and her husband, Denzel enjoyed square-dancing and traveling their way through retirement. Her later years were filled with attending her church, playing cards with the Lubeck gals, and spending time with beloved family and friends. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Those left behind to cherish her memory include her brother, Gary Grimm; two daughters, Sharon Martin, Brenda (Tom) Hannigan; grandchildren, Jaime (Tim) Hjort, Doug Martin, Nathan Hannigan, Tanner Hannigan; step-granddaughter, Keri Martin; great-grandchildren, Finley Hjort, Sofia Hjort; and many beloved nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 55 years, Denzel Boso; brother, Tom Grimm; sister, Donna Fought; son-in-law, Tom Martin; two granddaughters, Angela and Kaitlyn.

Funeral services will be 1 P.M. Saturday, April 6, 2024 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service from 11 A.M. to 1 P.M. at the funeral home.
