Phyllis J Morris

She was born November 13, 1940, a daughter of the late Clyde Flinn and Georgia Hale Flinn.

Phyllis worked many years for Public Debt until 1975. She then decided to leave Public Debt and become a housewife and stay at home Mom. She was a member of the Pond Creek Baptist Church and enjoyed playing the piano, Crocheting, Crossword Puzzles, cooking, baking and spending time with Friends and Family.

She is survived by her Husband of 55 years, Ralph Morris; 2 Daughters, Melissa Roberts (Bryan) of Parkersburg, WV, Brenda Cross (Frederick) of Ravenswood, WV; 6 Grandchildren, Jacob, Lindsey, Sierra Roberts, Amber and Joey(Madison) Florence, Isaiah Cross; great grandkids, Fabor, Liam, Layla, and Brody.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Lois Flinn; brothers, Doyle Flinn, Claude Flinn; granddaughter, Isabella Roberts; great granddaughters, Stella and Bella Roberts.

Funeral services will be 1 P.M. Thursday September 7, 2023 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Burial to follow at Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation will be 11 A.M. to 1 P.M. at the funeral home. An online guestbook for condolences is available at www.sunsetparkersburg.com.
