James Quinton Thrall of Lubeck WV would like to submit his formal resignation from Earth to Heaven effective Jan. 1, 2023. James, is leaving behind Matt Thrall to ensure the safety of citizens, celebration of the Dallas Cowboys and Cincinnati Reds (when they are doing good) and love for…well, pretty much everyone, and his daughter Maari Thrall Casey of Raleigh who is glad her father led a life that helped others and loved their mother very much. He will be watching over grandkids, Cora and Charlie and son-in-law Mark, and although he won’t be able to send them Weather Channel updates anymore he will keep the sun shining on them as much as possible. James will retire to heaven with his wife, Debbie Thrall who has already set-up their “forever home” in heaven complete with a veggie garden and deer feed stand. James is grateful for his friends at Shell/Kraton and many caregivers and buddies who have helped the Thralls in their life in WV. It’s been a good run and James and family are forever in debt to the “country roads” and “almost heaven” that gave them so many good memories. “8”
