She was born June 15, 1931, in Coxs Mills (Gilmer County), a daughter of the late Harold and Alma (Byrd) Lang. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Donzel Whipkey; son James Logan Whipkey and several brothers and sisters.
Eulah was a proud homemaker and spent her time caring for the elderly.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Steven (Elaine) Whipkey, Gregory Whipkey and Pam Russell, Michael Whipkey, Mark (Debbie) Whipkey, Donzel (Donna) Whipkey, Paul Hagemann; a special love to her daughter in laws, Mary Pierson, Charlene Whipkey; siblings Charles Lang, Lucille Hardman; 9 grandchildren, Brent, Justin, Stephie, Heather, Mike, Jason, Mark, Krissy, Adam, numerous great grandchildren and her four furry friends, Nick, Zelda, Bear and Dolly.
Service will be 11 a.m., Monday, February 25, 2019, at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, Parkersburg, with Pastor Tom Law officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m., Sunday, February 24, 2019, at the funeral home.
