Paul James Kingston, IV, age 61, of Paris, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2015, at Paris Regional Medical Center. The family will schedule a celebration of his life at a later date. Cremation was under the care and direction of Bright-Holland Funeral Home. Paul, the son of Paul James Kingston, III and Joan Ruth Gardner Kingston, was born April 11, 1954, in McKeesport, PA. He graduated from high school in Pennsylvania and college in Ohio. Paul then joined the U. S. Army, serving in many locations including Iraq and Honduras. His career spanned 22 years, and he retired with the rank of Sergeant First Class. His mother, Joan Ruth Kingston, preceded him in death. Survivors include his wife, Debra Meeks Kingston, his father, Paul James Kingston, III of McKeesport, PA, children, Brandon E. Kingston & wife Janna of Vidalia, CA, Kevin Ely of Tyler, Jessica Ely of Paris, Phillip Briley of Oklahoma City, OK and Justin Briley & wife Cynthia of Paris, thirteen grandchildren along with two sisters and one brother.
