Billy Wesley Cochran, 73, of Paris, formerly of Taylortown, passed away Sunday, August 31, 2014. Bright-Holland Funeral Home has scheduled graveside services for 3:00 pm, Monday, September 1, 2014 in the Pavilion of Union Cemetery at Taylortown with Jesse Ray Cochran officiating. Billy was born August 3, 1941, in Paris to John Wesley & Corrine Gooding Cochran. He was a machinist and later was a truck owner and operator. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Kay Hazen. Survivors include five children, Barbara Jean Koetting, Brenda Lynn Cochran, James Wesley Cochran, Tammy Anderson and Kenneth Wayne Cochran, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, one brother, William Cochran & wife Carolyn, two sisters, Jean Hightower and husband Larry and Mary Sue Pankey & husband Mel along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and aunts.
