John P. Conroy, on August 5, 2012, age 85, of Downingtown, formerly of Exton, PA. Husband of; Claire (nee Leach) Conroy. Father of; JoAnn (Dennis) Wilson, Thomas Conroy and predeceased by John & Jill Conroy. Grandfather of; Stacy, Christy & Marcy. Great grandfather of; Samantha, Zachary, Mackenzie & Nicholas. Brother of; Maureen, Eileen, Betty and Francis “Reds” and predeceased by William & Joseph.
Mr. Conroy retired from PECO after 43 years of service. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Downingtown.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service on Thursday, August 9th at 11:00 am from the Alleva Funeral Home, Inc. 1724 E. Lancaster Ave. Paoli, PA. 19301. Int.
