William J. Rieger, of Palm Harbor, Florida, passed on January 15, 2013 at the age of 87. Bill is survived by his loving wife, Ruth; daughters, Susan (Jerry) Cange, Judy (Paul) Crowell, Jean (Bill) Beggs, Gail (Kary) Miller; grandchildren, Susan (Chris), Charles, Dale (Kate), Laurie, William (Hilary), Julie, Amy, Daniel, Grant, Bryce, and Amelia; great-grandchildren, Andrew, Nick, Alice, and Emma. Bill was born in Chicago, Illinois where he lived and worked in the construction field until his retirement in 1988 when he joined the Highland Lakes community in Palm Harbor. A service will take place in Illinois at a later date.
