MARVIN STERNBERG "Mickey" March 24, 1934 - October 29, 2011 At age 77, after a battle with failing health, Mickey succumbed to leukemia at his home in Frenchman's Creek, Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Mickey was a successful entrepreneur who created, operated or oversaw a variety of businesses including National Cup Company, Moyco Technologies, Pennsauken and Montgomeryville Marts, The Latham & Galt Ocean Mile Hotels and more. He served on the Board of RBB Fund, Pennsylvania Business Bank and Cellucap Corporation. He was recognized for his leadership abilities and received business awards along with recognition for his philanthropy. Mickey's paramount concern in life was for his family. Success was measured by their happiness. He leaves behind his adored wife of 51 years, Sue; his son Mark, his wife Wendy and their children Dallas, Samantha, and Lily; Mickey's daughter Janet, her husband Mark and their children Steffan, Shana, and Justin; his son Joseph, his wife Ellen and their children Marley and Jackson and his brother Fred, his wife Bonnie and their children. Mickey was a humble, caring and kind person. His favorite saying, "Aim for the Moon for if you miss you'll be with the stars" is typical of his approach to life.
