Veronica Rose Gentles Price

Veronica “Rose” Gentles Price passed away on September 11th, 2022, at the age of 69 while her husband of 44 years held her hand. Rose was a loving daughter, wife, sister, mother, and friend. She handled herself with dignity and grace while having the courage to smile and be at peace.

She was born June 27, 1953 to David Robert Gentles and the late Margaret Ann (Roberts) Gentles in Niceville, FL.

In addition to her mother, she was predeceased by two brothers: Rick Gentles and David “Bobby” Gentles, Jr. Two nieces also predeceased her: Gwen (Peels) Gentles and Charise Gentles, and one nephew James “Jimbo” Gentles.

In addition to her father, she is survived by her husband Hershel “Lyn” Price of the home, and her brother James Gentles of Melbourne, FL, two daughters: Kim (Justine) Taylor of Kennesaw, Ga., Marci Price of Melbourne, FL, and one son John Price of Bridgman, MI.

She was also blessed with granddaughters Harper Taylor, Annika Price, Baylee Price, and grandson Ryan Richards.

A Celebration of her life will be Saturday, September 17th at 10:00 am at her home in Palm Bay. All who wish to give their respects are invited to dress casually, bring a lawn chair and their favorite drinks, as well as a planter pot to take a clipping from her beautiful yard.
