Mohandai Kumar also known as Rita, of Palm Bay FL passed away at the age of 79, on September 24th, 2024. She was born in Lenora Guyana on July 31st, 1945. She worked for many years as a housewife, mother and gardener.
Rita loved her family endlessly. She was always a source of joy and unconditional love for her siblings, her children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was the third eldest of 10 siblings, a true matriarch for her extended family as time passed and the family grew. Her laughter, caring ways, joyful and strong spirit will be forever missed. All the time and memories shared with all of us will be endlessly cherished.
Rita is survived by her brothers, Geewan, Sew, Deo , Balo, Sisters, Shanta and Roselyn. Her daughter Nalini and son-in-law Eric. Her son Sunil and daughter-in-law Angie. Grand children, nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by; her parents, Tilahkdhari and Dukhlia, brother Hardat, sisters Eslyn and Lilouti.
A visitation for Mohandai will be held Wednesday, October 2, 2024 from 10:00 AM with a Celebration of Life Service to begin at 12:00 PM at Fountainhead Memorial Funeral Home, 7359 Babcock Street SE, Palm Bay, FL 32909.
