Marva E. Thomas, 76, of Palm Bay, FL, passed away Wednesday July 10, 2013. A native of Panama, Marva moved to New York in January 1963 until relocating to Florida in 2006.
Marva was a document issuer for Chase Banks, and also did several other accounting jobs throughout her working life. She was a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic church and the 55 & Up Ministry. She will be remember for her love of gardening, crochet, cooking & baking, photography, entertaining, and fashion.
Marva is survived by her husband of 54 years, Henry Thomas of Palm Bay; son Enrique Thomas of NY; daughter Julia Thomas of NY; one brother, Samuel Mowatt; one sister Veda Mowatt; 2 grandchildren: Roberto and Danilo Winter; as well as several extended family members.
A visitation and funeral mass will be held at our Lady of Grace at 11:00AM with the mass to follow Monday July 13, 2013.
