Jay was born in Westfield, MA on June 2, 1965.
He graduated from Port St. Lucie High School and spent his career as a marketer.
Jay enjoyed fishing and was an avid sports enthusiast.
He is preceded in death by his step mother, Laura Jean Smith.
Survivors include his father, Jerald E. Smith, Sr., his sister Linda Ann Smith and special friend, Tina Ford.
