Betty Billings passed away peacefully Wednesday, May 21, 2014. She was born in Santa Paula, CA on November 25 1930 the daughter of Arley and Vercie Mashburn.
Betty was a life-long resident of Ventura County and retired from Raytheon after 30 years of employment.
Betty is survived by her son Blair Alvarez and his wife Kathi, Grandchildren, Scott and Brandi, her sister Arleen Cheak, her husband Rick, their two sons Richard and Michael and other loving family members.
Viewing will be held Wednesday, May 28, 2014 from 4:00 p.m, to 8:00 p.m. and again Thursday, May 29, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. with service commencing at 11:00a.m. in the Chapel at Funeraria Del Angel Conrad Carroll, 401 W. Channel Isl. Blvd., Oxnard, Ca., burial will immediately follow at Ivy lawn Memorial Park; 5400 Valentine Rd, Ventura, CA
