William I. Keesee, 83 of Apopka, Florida, passed away Wednesday, June 10, 2020. William was born in Bedford County, VA. He graduated from Troutville High School. William was the son of the late William N. and Elsie Keesee.
He was employed with IBM for 25 years and during that time he lived in VA, NC, NJ, Mass and Florida. He would say IBM stood for “I’ve been moved”. He also worked for Errol Estate Golf Course, fixing golf carts. Everyone knew him as Mr. Fix it or Golf Cart Bill. William made many wonderful friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Betty Mae Scaggs. He is survived by his two brothers, Joseph and David Keesee, along with his wife of 62 years, Betty Jane Harris Keesee; Son - Eric (Sonja) Keesee of Tallahassee, Fl; Daughter – Vickie (Donny) Baty of Apopka, Fl; Daughter – Kim (Brian) Doss of Apopka, Fl and 9 Grandchildren, Tara, Stacey, Stephen, Kyle, Kevin, Loren, Tyler, Emily, Cody and 16 Great Grandchildren
