James Francis Conley, age 94, passed away peacefully August 21, 2015. Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, he was a son of Michael and Sarah Conley. Mr. Conley proudly served in the U.S. Army, earning five Battle Stars including the Battle of the Bulge. He was employed as a truck driver for the City of Pittsburgh before coming to Central Florida. Mr. Conley is survived by his wife Lucille, his children; Leslie, Jeffrey and Kevin Conley, and Maureen Rostek, his grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Baldwin-Fairchild Funeral Home, Oviedo Chapel, 501 East Mitchell Hammock Road Tuesday from 6:00-8:00pm. The Funeral Mass for Mr. Conley will be held at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Wednesday at a time to be announced. Interment with Military Honors will follow at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida.
