Beloved Friend, Uncle, Brother and Son, William Robert Park III, 36, of Overland Park, Kansas passed away on Sunday, April 19, 2020. Will was born September 7, 1983 in Douglasville, Georgia to Debbie Park and Bill Park Jr.
Will had a deep passion for crafts and the Arts, particularly writing; whether it was in storybook format or the music, he composed and played with his guitar and friends. To assist with his writing skills, he had taken several classes from Johnson County Community College. He also loved watching movies and had an extensive collection to his name.
Will had a softer side, desiring to one day be a father of his own, but loved and thoroughly enjoyed being an uncle to Joey and Miya. He also had the privilege to be his grandmother’s caregiver and to Lucy, the cat, who lovingly adopted him.
His maternal grandfather, Stephen Honas and his aunt, Maggie Kratz, preceded Will in death.
He is survived by his mother, Debbie Park; father, Bill Park Jr.; sister, Stephanie Park (Michael Miller); nephew, Joey DeCelles; niece, Miya Miller; maternal grandmother, Patricia Honas; paternal grandfather, Bill Park Sr.; paternal grandmother, Angela LeDoux and many aunts, uncles and cousins and his beloved cat, Lucy.
Private family service with burial to follow on Friday, May 1, 2020. There will be a memorial mass at a later date.
