Patricia (Pat) Ann Martin, age 86, passed away peacefully on September 10, 2019 in the presence of her family. Pat was born on March 12, 1933 in Carthage, Missouri. She met her husband Jim Martin in Salina, Kansas and they were married for 59 years. Together, they raised their children Rick, Kirk and Angie in Assaria, Kansas. Pat held several positions in her working career including a switch board operator, a Saline County Deputy, administrative duties for Western Auto, and a medical accounts receivable position.
Pat is preceded in death by her husband, James and survived by her children, Richard (Renay), Kirk (Jeannie), Angela (Tom); siblings, Iris Smith and Art (Jackie) Erwin; seven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. Pat was a kind and generous person and will be missed by family and friends.
Close friends and family are invited to a Celebration of Life held at Martinelli’s Restaurant in Salina, Kansas on September 21, 2019 from 4-6pm. A private family service will be held at Roselawn Heights Memorial Chapel earlier that day. In lieu of flowers, please donate to your local Hospice Care provider.
