Jeffrey Wayne Clark, of Lincoln, Nebraska, died on January 2nd, 2018 in Overland Park, Kansas at the age of 50. He was and will always be deeply loved by his family. Jeff was born on April 14th, 1967 in Paris, Illinois to Dick Clark and Sharon (Clark) Engle. Growing up, Jeff cherished the time he spent with his grandmother, Edith. He graduated from Paris High School in 1986. While living in Corona, Arizona, where he moved to open his first insurance agency, Jeff volunteered with the local fire department. There, he also met the love of his life, Andrea, and her son, Jeffrey. Jeff married Andrea on July 16th, 1995 at The Little White Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas, Nevada. Jeff, Andrea, and Jeffrey moved to Lincoln, Nebraska in 1996. Jeff enjoyed a highly successful career in finance and insurance with many different companies while receiving several accolades for professionalism, production, and leadership. He was also named to several Boards of Directors for organizations in the Lincoln, Nebraska area, to whom he lent his expert business acumen. Jeff will always be remembered for his ambition, optimism, and willingness to listen and lend advice in times of need. Jeff was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, son, and brother. He will be greatly missed. Jeff is survived by his wife, Andrea, his son Jeffrey (Mollie) Stephens, his granddaughter, Rosie Stephens, his parents, Dick & Sue Clark and Sharon & Lee Engle, his brother, John (Sairah) Clark, his cousin, Micah (Cherie) Clark, and extended family. Jeff was preceded in death by his grandparents, John & Edith Clark and James & Martha Ping, and his uncle, Don Clark. A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 12th at 2 PM at SouthPointe Christian Church, 7010 Helen Witt Drive, Lincoln, Nebraska.
