It is with great sadness that his family announce his passing Monday, May 17, 2021 at the age of 58 years. Predeceased by his parents Gilbert and Cornilia Vonk (nee: Groot), both originally from the Netherlands. He is survived by his brother, John (Christine) and his sister Geertrudia; his nieces and nephews John, Stephanie (Jean-Paul), and Vanessa; and his long-time friend Sean Levesque.
To honor Wayne’s wishes, a cremation has taken place.
