Passed away April 18, 2018. Beloved wife of Michael. Loving mother to Sean (Shawna Donaldson). Grandmother to James Donaldson and Michael Donaldson. Dear mother to Lynn Thomson. Loving sister to David Larabie, Kenny Larabie, Faye Darby, Malcolm Larabie, Barb O’Sullivan, Perry Larabie and Joanne Krock, and aunt to many nieces and nephews. The family would like to extend their thanks to the Ottawa Civic IUC staff for their wonderful care.
Visitation with the family will take place Tuesday, April 24th, at 1pm at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home at 1411 Hunt Club Road, Ottawa, ON. Memorial service to follow at 2 pm in the Chapel. In lieu of flowers Shirley would have wanted donations in her memory made to the Ottawa Humane Society or the Canadian Diabetes Association.
