In hospital on Thursday, March 21, 2013. Cherished husband of Veronica, beloved father and best friend to Kyle. Predeceased by his parents Alexander and Beulah, survived by his sister Cheryl Sleeth, his step-mother Roberta and brothers Ken Clarke(Janice) and Greg Clarke(Kerry) as well as his many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to the dedicated and compassionate staff at the ICU at the Ottawa General Hospital. The family will receive friends at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 1411 Hunt Club Road (at Albion Road) on Wednesday, March 27, 2013 after 9 am followed by a Funeral Service in the Chapel at 11 am. Interment at Hope Cemetery. In memoriam donations to the Lung Association or the Ottawa Humane Society would be appreciated.
